Itinerary
Day 1 – Athens
Welcome to Athens! You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel in Athens. Time at leisure to discover Athens! Reminiscent with history and mythology, Athens is a vibrant city, enlivened by bustling outdoor cafes, pedestrian streets that wind through the city’s ancient sites and its fair share of urban eccentrics, a city full of contrasts.

Day 2 – Athens
This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Your expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era: The new Acropolis museum.

Day 3 – Athens to Mykonos
Meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel to head to Piraeus Port for your ferry to Mykonos. An island that needs no introduction and whose reputation precedes it. Hip and happening, cosmopolitan and chic, explore the island’s numerous sandy beaches, its main town with its colorful houses in Little Venice and its iconic 16th century windmills, stone-paved alleys, and whitewashed houses. Meet your driver at Mykonos Port to be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of your day either soaking in the sun at your hotel’s pool or at one of the island’s numerous beaches. Please ask your Travel Advisor for further recommendations of their favorite things to do and see while on the island.

Day 6 – Mykonos to Santorini
Meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel to head to Mykonos Port for your ferry to Santorini. The picture-perfect, postcard image of Greece, Santorini offers one the quintessential Greek island experience as its home to some of Greece’s most iconic views, well-preserved villages with white-washed housed and blue-domed churches, distinct volcanic wine and great local products and cuisine, and unique volcanic beaches. Meet your driver at Santorini Port to be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of your day either relaxing by your hotel’s pool or heading to the main town of Oia to take in the views and explore this scenic town. Please ask your travel advisor for further recommendations of their favorite things to do and see while on the island.

Day 7 – Santorini
Your day begins with a boat ride, departing the old port. You will sail, enjoying the stunning views, until you reach the volcano lava “Nea Kameni”. This volcano is extremely famous for the beautiful caldera, the island is also known for the two small islands of black lava positioned at the center of the basin of Santorini which are, geographically, the youngest islets in the Eastern Mediterranean. Here you have around an hour to walk up to the crater, which is still active. You will then set sail along the lava rock to reach the hot springs of “Palea Kameni”. Here you will stop for around 30 minutes (off shore), giving you time to swim towards the hot springs. The yellow waters contain a large amount of sulfur and are characterized for their therapeutic purposes. Today, visit Agios Nikolaos which is the small cove in Nea Kameni islet is a true health source. After your swim, you will re-board the boat and sail back to the old port in Fira. You will be transferred by bus to Oia and have a free time to enjoy the most beautiful sunset.

Day 8 – Santorini
Enjoy your day at leisure soaking in the sun by your hotel’s pool or exploring any of the island’s unique volcanic beaches. Alternately you may also explore one of the island’s traditional, lesser-known villages or even opt to hop aboard a private boat to head to the stunning island of Anafi.

Day 9 – Santorini
Your cruise starts from Vlychada port and then your first stop at the Red Beach for swimming and snorkeling. Your second stop at the White Beach for swimming and for the barbeque onboard, then sail past Indian Rock, Akrotiri, Ancient Lighthouse, and Aspronisi. Then third stop at Hot Springs for swimming. The last stop below the picturesque village of Oia to watch the sunset. Your cruise ends at Ammoudi port.

Day 10 – Santorini to Athens
After breakfast, meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel for your transfer to Santorini Port to catch a ferry to Athens. Upon arrival in Piraeus Port, meet your private driver who will transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy your last evening in Athens at your own pace.

Your private driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel to transfer you to Athens International Airport for your flight back home.
