How Our Travel Planning Process Works
At Gilded Travels, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, personalized travel experiences to our clients. The Inquiry
Your journey begins with you filling out our trip inquiry form. Shortly after submitting, you will be contacted by one of our travel experts to schedule a 15 minute consultation call. No automated or canned responses, the personal experience begins from the get-go!

The Hello
Our 15 minute consultation call is absolutely free. We have meticulously reviewed your inquiry form responses and are ready to take the time to truly understand your travel desires, interests, budget, and any special needs. The goal is for both of us to get to know each other and make sure your travel expectations are aligned with the service we can provide. We’ll provide you with a customized quote for our travel design fee.

The Proposal
The call went great, the service agreement was signed, and the design fee was paid, so we’re hitting the ground running! We will do all the research necessary to craft the perfect trip for you. This isn’t a one-sided process. After we present you with our proposal, we will then have an earnest conversation on how we can fine tune it to fit your needs exactly.

The Booking
Once the tweaks have been made to your liking, we go ahead and submit any deposits or payments needed to book your trip. You are never in the dark about this, we will communicate exactly what needs to be paid for and when. A finalized itinerary will be conveniently available to you via a personalized link, which will also contain all your travel documents, vouchers, and emergency contact information.

The Journey
The travel planning process is done, so it’s time to show up and enjoy your trip! Gilded Travels will still be working behind the scenes, checking in with your tour guides, monitoring any major weather events, and keeping a birds-eye view of your journey without interrupting your experiences with unnecessary emails.
